Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride exhibits bactericidal activity against staphylococci, streptococci, gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus, Klebsiella, etc.), anaerobic bacteria, fungi and molds. It acts on strains of bacteria resistant to antibiotics and other chemotherapeutic drugs; inhibits plasmocoagulase and staphylococcus hyaluronidase.
Applytodomesticand agricultural animals (cattle, rabbits, dogs, cats, fur animals) and birds as the antiseptic treatment of:
surgical and infected wounds, postoperative sutures, burns,
bacterial, and fungal skin diseases, pyodermatosis, healing
of scratches, abrasions, microtrauma, fissures;
surgical field before surgery;
sanitary treatment of cow udders after milking, immediately
after drying off and 5-7 days before calving;
oral cavity in case of stomatitis.Indications:

irrigationdaily 1-2 times a dayfor 7-10 days. Dependingonthesize
ofthelesion, theamountofthesolutionshouldbesuchastofully
moistenthesurfacetobetreated, takingintoaccountniches, pockets,

Forthetreatmentofthesurgicalfieldbeforethesurgicalintervention,
SEPTOFARM isappliedtotheskinintheareaoftheoperativefieldtwice
andwipedwithsterilegauzeswabs, richlymoistenedwith a solution
ofthedrug. Theexposuretimeaftertheendoftreatment 2 minutes.
Forstomatitis, themucousmembraneoftheoralcavityistreatedwith
SEPTOFARM daily 1-2 times a dayfor 5-7 days.
Apply SEPTOFARM tosanitizetheteatsoftheudderofcowsaftermilking
(andatstart-up) byimmersingthemfor 2-3 secondsinspecialcupswith
themeansof SEPTOFARM. Theproductcanbeappliedtotheskinofthe
teatsoftheudderalsobyirrigationusingsprayers.
